Who was Muzan’s wife : Rei ( 零 れい , Rei) is a minor character in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She was a human wife of Muzan Kibutsuji, who had assumed a false identity.
Before Nezuko, Zenitsu had a total of seven ex girlfriends, all of whom were beautiful, treated zenitsu like a slave, stole his money and more. He didn't even get to hold their hands. And this situation landed zenitsu in debt, also forced to become a demon slayer.
It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of whom is Aoba.

Despite having an intense fear of Demons, Zenitsu develops a crush on Nezuko. He tries to convince her to marry him several times and never fails to mention his admiration for her whenever he sees her.However, with the help of Nezuko and other demon slayers, Tanjiro fought back Muzan's consciousness and managed to return his body to normal. Tanjiro rejecting immortality and the powers of a demon finally put an end to Muzan, both in body and soul.
The explosion, which was enhanced by spike traps, manages to injure Muzan. Before he is able to regenerate fully, Tamayo appears and uses her Blood Demon Art to keep him in place, while using a drug that can turn him into human. Using this opportunity, Gyomei Himejima appears and destroys Muzan's head.
Did Muzan have 5 wives : Even as a recently transformed demon, he was skilled at reading the negative emotions of others and was able to manipulate his five wives into committing suicide.
Does Muzan love her daughter : It's possible some part of Muzan truly cared for them or simply found it convenient to use them as cover, but they might also be test subjects. Humans aren't harmed by sunlight the way demons are, so Muzan might have hypnotized or bribed his wife to join him and bring her daughter along.

Is demon Tanjiro evil : Yes and no. In the final Sunrise Countdown arc of the Demon Slayer manga, Tanjiro's brief time as a demon does make him evil. He mindlessly attacks his former Hashira companions and grows tentacles from his back that cut the people around him to pieces.
